Alek:
Okay, so what I believe is that Mitchel, don't do any dieting, if you want to loose weight, all it's going to do is make you more hungry. And the more you loose the fat by dieting and after you're done, You'll gain the fat again because your metabolism isn't high enough to burn through those calories and it will be a noneverlasting cycle of not eating "right" and going on diets, and that my friend is bad for your health and an unhealthy lifestyle. To me there isn't a right way to eat or a healthy way to eat, yeah sure you have GMOs and preservatives but, so does fruit and veggies, even if you don't think they do. Even if you get organic, is it really organic? So, there isn't a right way to eat, and same goes for dieting. Now is it okay to diet, sometimes, but not all the time. The word or words that you should remember is "go slow". If you want to loose weight and I know it sounds like it's defeating the purpose, eat more. The more you eat, since 1lbs of fat equals 3,500 calories, and you go on a diet, a salad ain't gonna help you brother even if you put some grilled chicken on the side, it ain't gonna work brother. You'd be burning about half or maybe not even half of that fat. So, eat more. Don't count calories either cause, I have gone to buffets lately and ate a lot, I mean ate a lot, till the point where I look like a balloon that is ready to give flight, and sometime my stomach doesn't feel well because of that. And guess what, I haven't gained one single pound. I know, cause I check my self every morning. You could add in Green Tea as well, maybe at the end of every meal, it helps ya know? There is a medical study and I'm not going to bore you out on facts but, what green tea does is that whatever you eat is not absorbed properly as the caffeine and tannins act as a obstruction. It also dilutes the gastric juices resulting in improper digestion. And that "The active compounds in green tea can aid in this process by boosting the effects of some fat burning hormones. The main antioxidant in tea, EGCG, can help inhibit an enzyme that breaks down the hormone norepinephrine. This hormone is used by the nervous system as a signal to the fat cells, telling them to break down fat. The end result is that the fat cell breaks down more fat, which is released into the bloodstream and becomes available for use as energy by cells that need it, like muscle cells." (Health line) It also boosts up your metabolism. Okay, so maybe I just bored you out, with things that makes sense to me but not to you. Just know that Green Tea helps make you loose fat but, don't go on a tea or juice cleanse either or anything like that cause, that is bad too brother and it makes you dehydrated, and you're basically killing yourself. So don't do that okay? All you gotta do is eat more, don't count calories, and add Green tea. That is what I do, sometimes I skip the green tea part though, which is okay but, I'd recommend doing the green tea since, it helps you from bloating as well. So, to sum up what I had just said is to eat more, don't count calories, doesn't matter how much you gain some pounds, trust me brother okay? It's beneficial. Also add green tea to your meal either 30-45 min before or after the meal. Okay brother it's easy like squeezing a lemon or orange, which you prefer.
Stage direction, I pat Mitch's shoulder, say good bye, and well he follows what I just said and he is now living a healthy life. Okay, hallelujah!!!
